I am a graduate student and a first time homebuyer and I was recommended to Jodi by a colleague, who was also a first time homebuyer. She is definitely the person to go to if this is your first time. I asked a lot of questions and she was kind and patient with me. It is a daunting process with a lot of different moving pieces and even until the day *after* I closed, Jodi was still answering my questions.
